Fields of Application:

Slack rope switches are used everywhere where the tension of a rope have to observed. Especially at drives of sectional gates the rope tension is supervised by slack rope switches!

Assembly and Mode of Action:

While proper tension of the rope the contacts of the switch are closed. If the to be supervised rope gets droopy or even tears, the anlenkarm with the actuation roller will go back in the initial position and the contacts of the switch are opened. The system switches off.
